Versatility of the BX1500
The BX1500 maintains the unique feature of a Category I 3-point hitch and rear 540 RPM PTO, with a mid-PTO for the mid-mount mower and front mount implements. The BX1500 even lets you attach both the mower and the front loader at the same time. It's features like these that make this tractor ideal for a wide variety of applications. That's why it's time to consider the BX1500 as your upgrade to the traditional garden tractor.

The Powerful Front Loader
A feature not available with garden tractors
The LA181 front loader carries 398 lbs. with ease. Features like "clear view" design, easy attaching/detaching and one-lever joystick are all standard equipment. Simultaneous operation for productivity is the same as found on larger compact tractors. This front loader features an easy-to-use attach/detach pin. No tools are necessary.

The Engine
The BX1500 offers 15 gross horsepower. The newly designed 2-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine provides the performance and versatility of a compact utility tractor and the feel of a garden tractor. It's our newest state-of-the-art Kubota Z602 engine. With cleaner emissions, this engine is friendly to the environment and more pleasant to operate. Kubota's unique design allows the new 2-cylinder diesel engine to run quiet and smooth. A newly-designed cast balancer provides smooth engine operation. In addition, an exhaust suppressor performs the task to allow for comfortable and quiet performance.

Not just powerful, the 2-cylinder, liquid-cooled Kubota Z602 diesel engine runs smoother, quieter, and has cleaner emissions.

Versatile 3-Point Hitch
The BX1500's Category I, 3-point hitch and rear 540 RPM PTO, and the ability to attach both the mower and front loader simultaneously, make it ideal for a wide range of applications.

Operations
Four Wheel Drive (4WD)
Kubota's unique 4WD design features smooth transfer of power to the front wheels at all turning angles, for efficient operation in tight places. Additionally, hill climbing is enhanced, allowing the BX1500 to mow where 2WD garden tractors typically can't mow.
High Clearance
The mower deck can be raised to 5", making it easy to move around your property, maneuver over curbs, sidewalks, etc.
Hydrostatic Power Steering
The BX1500 features the same hydrostatic power steering as the BX1830/BX2230 models. It takes the strain out of maneuvering and makes steering effortless.
