CLUTCH
Kubota has upgraded the heavy-duty main clutch with a new, well-tested material of superb abrasion resistance to extend clutch life.  The reliability of the clutch for heavy loader work has been further improved.  The clutch diameter is 10.8 in. (275 mm) on M4900/5700/6800, and 11.8 in. (300 mm) on M8200/9000.

BEVEL GEAR 4WD
Thanks to Kubota's bevel gear 4WD system, the turning radius is comparable to that of a 2WD.

As well as allowing exceptional mobility in tight areas, the bevel gear system allows smooth power transfer to the wheels at al angles.  All gears are hermetically sealed in oil to improve durability.

 DIFFERENTIAL LOCK
When wheel slippage occurs, the rear differential lock pedal can be engaged easily.  It immediately activates both rear wheels.  4WD models of M6800/8200/9000 also include a similarly easy-to-reach front differential lock pedal, which can be operated independently from the rear differential lock.  The result is a reduction in slippage.

HYDROSTATIC POWER STEERING
Kubota's hydrostatic power steering, while assuming the burden of heavy work, provides smooth, responsive steering.  Power assist is enough even when the vehicle is stationary.

 FRONT LOADER
The high-performance loaders (M4900/5700/6800: LA1022; M8200/9000: LA1251A) have been made even more powerful thanks to Kubota's advanced hydraulic technology.  This powerful lifting force is remarkably easy to operate; all movements are controlled by a single lever joystick.

The boom and the bucket can be operated simultaneously for faster cycle time.  The LA1251 (M8200/9000) has a 4-bar bucket linkage mechanism, which increases the efficiency of the front loader by creating a larger roll back and dumping angle.  A regenerative dump circuit allows for faster dumping.

KUBOTA®
QUICK, SIMPLE LOADER ATTACHMENT AND DETACHMENT
The front loader mounts and detaches easily in only a few minutes, thanks to the boom stands and mounting pins without the use of tools.  This ability to exchange implements quickly and easily allows an extra measure of productivity and tractor versatility.  A quick coupler is available for other loader attachments.
