8F/8R Hydraulic Shuttle Transmission with Hydraulic Wet Clutch Backhoe
Specifications
Hydraulic Shuttle Transmission:
With the newly developed Hydraulic Shuttle transmission, shifting between forward and reverse can now be achieved smoothly and quickly, without the need to depress the clutch pedal.  This will increase productivity especially when using loaders.  For added convenience, the hydraulic shuttle lever is located within easy reach on the steering column.  The main shift synchronized four speeds, in combination with the high/low range speeds allow a reliable transmission range of 8F/8R.  Note too, the optional creep speed kit (M8200, M9000 only) enables 12F/12R (field installed option).
Hydraulic Wet Clutch:
Compared to conventional dry-type clutches, the "Hydraulic Wet Clutch" provides durable, long life operation.  The secret? A steady stream of filtered hydraulic oil circulates through the "Hydraulic Wet Clutch" whenever it's engaged to keep clutch discs and plates cool while reducing friction.  The result? Smoother, more dependable operation that keeps you working longer.  And more efficiently.
Together with the Hydraulic Shuttle Transmission clutch, the "Hydraulic Wet Clutch" system actually incorporates two independent clutch packs.  One for forward gears.  Another for reverse.  A hydraulically actuated shuttle valve controls the directional flow of oil to the correct clutch when shifting between the Forward Main Clutch Pack and the Reverse Main Clutch Pack.  That lets you shift between forward and reverse gears without clutching, and at the same time, reduces wear and tear to increase durability and reliability.
A proportionally reducing valve interlinks with the clutch pedal to allow setting pack pressure to best match the stroke of the clutch pedal.  That makes half-clutch operations possible.  In addition, the modulating valve ensures smooth starts by providing shuttle operation that is shock-free.
CAB MODEL  The hydraulic shuttle models are now available with a Cab - promising maximum comfort for such applications as dusty hay work - even during hot summers and cold winters.
E-TVCS Diesel Engine:
Kubota's unique E-TVCS (Three Vortex Combustion System) indirect injection Diesel Engine provides greater power and higher torque with low noise and vibration.  This environmentally friendly engine also produces cleaner emissions, meeting EPA standards

Bevel Gear 4WD:
Work efficiency is increased under most conditions with Kubota's bevel gear type 4WD system by providing equal pulling power at all steering angles as well as smaller turning radius.  The bevel gears are completely sealed in oil only requiring routine maintenance.

Hydraulic Control System:
Operating implements and other tractor functions are easy with Kubota's powerful and responsive hydraulic system.  Designed for durability, it will keep you running for the long haul.  One Self Canceling Detent (SCD) remote valve comes standard.  A second SCD or Float Detent (FD) remote valve is optional.

One-Piece Full Open Hood:
The one-piece full open hood allows easy maintenance by providing easy access to the engine compartment.
KUBOTA®

Hydrostatic Power Steering:
Hydrostatic power steering makes tractor operation easy and reduces operator fatigue, especially during loader applications.

Live-Independent, Hydraulic PTO:
With the hydraulic independent PTO, smooth, self-modulating engagement is automatically provided.  A PTO brake provides smooth stopping and retains the PTO shaft.  The shaft can be rotated 60 degrees with flip up shield to facilitate hook-up with the engine off.

3-Point Hitch:
While the M5700/M6800 provide the category I and II 3-point hitch, the M8200/M9000 models provide only the category II 3-point hitch.  The hitch has an adjustable top link, crank-type lift rod and telescopic stabilizers to provide faster, easier attachment of rear-mounted implements (telescopic lower link ends, standard on M6800, M8200, M9000).

ISO-Mounted Seme-Flat Deck
With Hanging Pedals:

Plenty of legroom exists on the deck, with added space provided through hanging pedals.  The ISO- (isolated) mounted deck, with rubber mat, greatly reduces vibration, minimizing operator fatigue.

FRONT LOADERS
LA1002/LA1162/LA1251A Front Loader:
These performance-matched loaders (LA1002:M5700/M6800; LA1162:M6800; LA1251A:M8200/M9000) offer enhanced performance and increased productivity thanks to Kubota's advanced hydraulic technology.  The powerful lifting force is remarkably easy to operate; all movements are controlled by a single lever joystick.  Due to the Series/Parallel circuit the boom and the bucket can be operated simultaneously for faster cycle times.  The LA1162 and LA1251A loaders have a 4-bar bucket linkage mechanism for larger rollback/dumping angles that provides easier filling and faster, cleaner dumping performance.  The front loader  quick attaches and detaches easily without the use of tools and only a few minutes.  The regenerative dump circuit expedites fast dumping cycles when using the dump circuit alone.  These advantages offer great efficiency with increased productivity to your loader work, and that being the principal application for hydraulic shuttle tractors.
BACKHOE - M4711  The M4711 backhoe is versatile for a variety of job application from construction sites to landscape jobs.
Quick-attach convenience combined with full mount sub-frame ensures sturdiness.
Transport and Swing locks can be locked into position from the operator seat.
Two-lever control for smooth and fast operation.  One lever controls boom extension and retraction as well as swing arc.  The second lever operates the dipperstick extension, retraction and bucket curl.
